Fran holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento and a Master of Science Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Oregon. She has a rich background in the area of working with individuals, groups, and families with special needs. She has been a vendor for Regional Centers in the state of California for over ten years. She is retired from the California School System where she was a School Psychologist/Program Specialist for twenty years and a School Principal for ten years. She has experience as a Special Education Teacher, School Counselor, and College Adjunct Instructor in the field of Special Education. She is the author of seven books related to meeting the educational and social emotional needs of children. She is also the co-author of "Communication, Trust, and Other Important Things", a training program for effective communication that has been adopted by educational, business, and government systems.
